Yin Yoga and gentle flows

Welcome to my yoga studio, where I offer  space for restoration, treating your body and mind with kindness and respect.

My practices are very gentle in nature with the focus of working with what your body needs and fostering an ability to connect deeply with a more intuitive wisdom for facilitating total release and ease through the practice of yin and gentle flows.

This is a beautiful, harmonious and inviting  space where you can deeply connect with your body through  more nurturing yet effective practices of yoga, giving both your mind and body a renewed sense of tranquillity.

Yin Yoga

Summer Blocks of 5 classes (pre-half term) starting week of 21 April 2025

Wednesday Evening 6:30-7:30 and Friday Morning 9:15-10:15

A slow, deeply releasing, floor based practice that is both restorative and kind.  I encourage you to come to the practice exactly where you are, and to gently allow the body to open up as we come into held postures.   I also incorporate some breath awareness and deep relaxation.

My love of breath work led me into the practice of Qigong, and I have now trained extensively with two schools - Forest Rock and Holden Qigong.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice with a focus on working with energy for deeper calm and well-being.  Qigong can be likened to a gentle moving standing meditation and you can not help but surrender yourself to a deeply relaxed state.  A slow and accessible practice for ALL ages and levels of mobility.
